If you go to File>move To you can now move your documents to shared folders within your icloud Drive where other people can collaborate on them.

Add colour to the background

You can now apply colour to the background of your Numbers documents. Click anywhere on the background and, in the ‘Format’ sidebar, click ‘Background’ and then pick a suitable colour.

New shapes

As with the other iwork apps, Numbers comes with a variety of new editable shapes that you can incorporate into your documents to make them more aesthetically pleasing. Access them from the Shape menu.

Infinite tables

With the Numbers update you can create and edit spreadsheets with tables that contain up to one million rows and 1,000 columns (reduced to 65,535 and 256 when working over icloud).
