Making and receiving calls on the iphone is easy and there is nothing to it, but it is possible to customise the settings and tweak them a little. In both the iphone settings and Accessibility settings there are a few features that you can play around with. For example, you can enable auto‑answer and direct incoming calls to the speaker, and you can get Siri to call people. These are great when your hands are dirty and you don’t want to transfer that grime to your device.
