Replace Apple default apps

Outlook Inbox filters

Outlook can replace several Apple apps and the obvious one is Mail. Incoming emails are automatically sorted into Focused and Other tabs to show what is important and what’s not. Tap a tab.

Mail swipe actions

As with the Apple Mail app, Microsoft Outlook supports swipe actions with emails in the inbox. Swipe right to archive an email or swipe left to delete it. Tap it to open it fullscreen.

Search and contacts

You wouldn’t guess from the icon, but search is also used to access Outlook contacts. It is slightly less convenient than Apple Contacts hidden away here, but it works fine and is easy to use.

Calendars and events

Tap this icon to access an alternative to Apple Calendar. Select from three different views, add events and set the time, duration and location. You can even invite other people.
