Terminal
This is a command line interface (CLI) app that comes on all Macs and allows users to modify various characteristics of their Macs, including fonts, files and certain aspects of the desktop.
USB-C
This is a relatively new type of connector for delivering data and power to and from devices. Because the plug is symmetrical in shape it can be inserted any way up, and the latest versions of USB-C are capable of delivering superfast data transferral speeds.
Xcode
This Apple-developed application is free to download from the Mac App Store and is essentially a suite of tools used for developing software for macos, IOS, watchos and tvos. It is designed to support source code for a wide range of programming languages, including C++, Java and Swift.
