Is it possible to add a second user to Face ID? Preferably I would want clean-shaven and bearded versions

1 Open Settings

Go to Settings>face ID & Passcode and then enter your code to verify that you have permission to access the Face ID settings. Next, tap on ‘Set Up an Alternative Appearance’.

2 Record the face

Tap on ‘Get Started’, position your head within the camera frame (or get another person to if you want to add a second person’s Face ID) and follow the onscreen prompts.

3 Finish off

You (or the other person) will go through two stages of head movement and scanning before you’re told that Face ID is set up for an alternative appearance. Tap ‘Done’ when it has finished.
