Bluetooth. Because the virus transmits through close proximity, contact tracing has emerged as a valuable tool to help stop its spread. Apple and Google have launched a selection of programming APIS to assist in enabling this. Some experts have expressed concerns about apps designed to track your movements and store medical data about you amid concerns that GPS data lacks sufficient accuracy, resulting in a large number of false positives. The larger concern is to do with governments having access to the information.
