Insert scans into emails and send them

Scan a document

Go to the File menu and your iphone and Mac are connected via Bluetooth. This menu enables you to use the iphone as a scanner. Select it, then take a photo of a document.

Scanned document

Scan a single page document and it appears within the email. This is great and you can see exactly what was captured. With two or more pages or documents, a PDF icon is inserted.

Alternate menu options

Click the icon in the top-right corner for a similar menu to the File menu. You can scan documents to add to the email or you can use your iphone to take photos or insert sketches.

Annotate scans

Let the mouse hover over the scanned image and then click the Markup menu to annotate the image. This is a great feature and you can highlight sections, add your own annotations, arrows and more.
