Save scanned documents

Inserting scans into emails is great, but what if you want to save the scan, perhaps to use it elsewhere? Rightclick the scan in the email before or after sending, and a useful menu of options appears. It can be opened in the default app or one of your choosing, saved to disk or saved to the Downloads folder.
