Can I remove other background noises?

No. Even though the music will be playing in the background when you are taking your video, recordings will still pick up on other background noises such as you talking. That’s because the iphone is using the microphone to record what’s being pumped out of the speakers but it does mean you could turn up the volume to make the music more prominent. This may drown out many of the environmental sounds.
