Record on your Mac with the new Mojave screenshot utility

In macos Mojave you have now have greater freedom to capture or record your screen Mac’s screen using the all new screenshot utility

One of our favourite new features of macos Mojave is the new screenshot utility that provides greater freedom to capture your Mac’s screen in a variety of different ways. You can take a snap of the entire screen, selected portions or individual windows. You can also record activity on your screen and save it as a Quicktime movie – handy if you are putting together tutorials and informative guides on using your Mac. All of these options are available as one handy strip that you can access in Finder at any time by pressing ‘Cmd+shift+5’. After executing that shortcut, the strip of screen capturing/recording options will appear at the bottom of the screen. In this piece we’ll guide you through these various options.
