Understanding the various options for each shortcut

Customise shortcut

Shortcuts that need additional information, such as an address, can be customised by tapping this option. You can further customise the actions of shortcuts from the previous screen.

Access the settings

The settings for each shortcut can be accessed from your Shortcuts Library. Just tap on the ‘…’ icon on any shortcut followed by the settings icon in the top-right corner.

Add to Siri

Shortcuts are designed to be used with Siri, so to use them to their full potential, tap this option and then add a custom voice command so that Siri knows how to access the shortcut.

Add to sheet

Shortcuts can also be added to your Share Sheet (accessible by tapping the share icon and then tapping ‘Shortcuts’) so that they can be accessed from other apps.
