Nut, seed and berry winter crumble

INGREDIENTS
● 6 APPLES, PEELED AND CUT INTO CHUNKS
● 4TBSP MAPLE SYRUP
● 250G BLUEBERRIES FOR THE TOPPING
● 80G BUTTER
● 100G QUINOA FLAKES
● 50G OATS
● 4TBSP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
● 50G NUTS
● 1TSP GROUND CINNAMON
● 2TBSP EACH SESAME, SUNFLOWER AND PUMPKIN SEEDS
● HALF-FAT CRÈME FRAÎCHE, TO SERVE
1 Heat the oven to 200C/ Gas 6. Toss the apples in the maple syrup on a baking tray and bake for 15 mins.
2 Meanwhile, make the topping. Rub the butter into the quinoa flakes and oats until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Stir in the sugar, nuts, cinnamon and seeds.
3 Put the apples in an ovenproof dish and stir in the blueberries, then top with the crumble topping. Return to the oven and bake for 25 mins.
4 Once the crumble is golden and bubbling, remove and serve with cream.
