The North Norfolk Coast is so perfect for dogs it’s almost a shame to travel here without your pet. This complex of holiday cottages couldn’t be better situated, a short walk from a dog-friendly pebble beach. There are well over a dozen cottages and several accept dogs.

You need a car to get here but if you want to put the car keys in a drawer for a few days, it’s ideal: the Norfolk Coast Path passes right by, with harbourside Blakeney five miles in one direction and the seaside town of Sheringham, three miles in the other. Shared facilities include a heated indoor pool and mini gym.

The family live on site so are on hand to give you a personal welcome and share their local knowledge.
