Hem the edges of the piece of fabric, sewing an open fold at the base to insert a wooden dowel to weight it. Repeat at the top, cutting away the ends of the fabric to expose the dowel. To hang on the wall, secure brackets to the wall, lined up with the width of the fabric, and rest the top dowel in the brackets.
