“It started with a copper bath”

‘I’d always longed for this type of tub and so we made it the starting point for our new en suite. However, before the bath could be fitted Chris and I spent weeks designing the most practical room plan. Having removed the carpet and discovered a hole and rotten floorboards beneath it due to a limescale build-up, gorgeous mosaic tiles were a great flooring replacement choice. We exposed the original wall bricks to tie in with those in the rest of the house. They add to the cosy feel the room now has. I absolutely love it!’
