SOFT PINK HIGHLIGHTS

Another colour adjacent to peach and crimson on the colour wheel is pink. The introduction of delicate powderpink highlights on soft furnishings can build further on the harmonious layered look. The softer saturation of this pink hue acts to bridge the two stronger shades together with its subtlety, rather than fight against them. Introduce it in small- to medium-sized areas of the scheme. Pattern provides an excellent medium for adding this highlight colour, together with either one or both of the core shades.
