Exciting new start for school leavers at Rutledge Enniskillen

-

WE have an exciting few weeks ahead of us here at Rutledge Enniskillen, leading up to

September and enrolment for our School Leavers Programme.

We offer a variety of courses at different levels and have small, focused classes.

There is also the bonus that you receive £40 weekly EMA, £50 when you refer a friend and £100 after you have enrolled – all whilst gaining qualifications and valuable work experience of your choice.

With no entry requirements and the option to enrol at any time, all students are guaranteed a place at Rutledge to further their education.

Lucy Dunne started her journey with Rutledge when she was 17 years old and is due to achieve her qualifications in Customer Service and ICT before the end of this year.

Alongside her studies, Lucy is on placement at Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel and Lodges in Enniskillen.

“When I left school after my GCSES, I was so unsure of what my next step was going to be. The team at Rutledge were so helpful and explained the different options available to me.

“I knew I wanted to combine my studies with work experience but I just didn’t know where to start. Kelly at Rutledge contacted Killyhevlin Hotel and I have been working as a receptionist there ever since.

“My studies at Rutledge have helped me gain the confidence and skills needed to progress in the workplace and I look forward to my classes on my days off.

“I highly recommend Rutledge as I will now achieve an NVQ qualification in Customer Service and an Essential Skills qualification in ICT.”

Leigh Watson, Director of Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel and Lodges, explains: “We have always been happy to support young people develop their skills and further their careers within hospitality. Lucy’s training days were well planned by Rutledge, making it straightforward for Killyhevlin to release her to study her NVQ Customer Service qualification without disruption to our own operational standards.

“Rutledge has been straightforward and co-operative to work with and the staff are constantly available for advice.

“Killyhevlin highly recommends approaching Rutledge for further information.”
