Karen makes it two majors on the trot

THEY say it takes a good golfer to win a major but to follow it up the next week with another win tells its own story.

Congrats to Karen Bull on her two on the trot with 35pts this week and I doubt there could be three in a row coming up.

In second place was Phil Rice, hot on her heels with 34pts and Brid Sullivan laboured all day after them.

We look forward to our trip to Glasson next Friday for the Rice Memorial Cup competition.

The Silver & Bronze annual final is on October 5 in Headford Golf Club, following that is the 3Ts team qualifiers in Portmarnock on October 10.
