All welcome at cancer group’s fundraiser walk

ALL are welcome to join members of Friends of the Cancer Centre’s Fermanagh Fundraising Group for a sponsored walk at Castle Coole on Saturday, October 1 at 11am.

A spokesperson for the group said: “We are looking forward to meeting local supporters and families as we explore the beautiful trails and tree-lined avenues of Castle Coole on the edge of Enniskillen.

“Together we will enjoy a pleasant walk around the tranquil Lough Coole, taking in the stunning views of the 18th Century mansion set in a beautiful wooded landscape, finishing off with some light refreshments back in the courtyard.”

Registration is £10 per person and the charity are asking that each participant raises a minimum suggested sponsorship of £40.

“So if you enjoy a walk, a chat and a cuppa, we hope you’ll join us. By taking part in this sponsored walk you will be helping to support so many local families impacted by cancer.”
