Popular Country singer Mike Denver and special guest to perform live concert of hits
Tom Kelly Promotions is presenting ‘Mike Denver in Concert’ at the Ardhowen Theatre next week on Thursday, October 20 at 8pm.
Mike, a popular Country singer and one of Galway’s favourite sons is riding the crest of a wave. His audience is vast throughout Ireland, North and South and he is now making inroads in the UK with some sell-out concerts in England and Scotland over the past couple of years.
Mike’s meteoric rise in popularity culminated with him being voted ‘Entertainer of the Year 2016’ together with his ‘No.1 album of the Year’ ‘Cut Loose’ at the ACMA Awards on RTE TV. Mike to date has had 15 hit albums and five DVD’S.
With his excellent backing band Mike presents a two and a half hour high energy concert which features all of his most popular songs including ‘Tommy K’, ‘Wasn’t that a Party’, ‘Galway Girl’, ‘Blown Away’, plus hits from the 60s and 70s. Mike will be joined by a special guest on the night - ‘Big Chief’ from The Indians Showband.
