Driver in court after some ‘poor decisionmaking’, judge hears

A MAN has been given penalty points and a fine after police stopped him driving a car with no insurance.

Police were on mobile patrol in Enniskillen on July 4 when they observed a BMW car, Enniskillen Magistrates Court heard on Monday.

It was driven by David Carson (25), with an address of Riverside, Enniskillen, and checks showed he was not named on the insurance policy.
