Having been away from fishing for some time, I felt it was time to read a fishing magazine to find out what's new in the sport.

After reading only up to page 10 I realised how much I didn't know – I had never heard of any of the equipment on Tommy's tackle list! The whole magazine was an eye- opener into an almost new world. I twice read the article about tench and after reading your rig school about the barbel cage feeder I feel like giving it a go on the Trent which is 15 miles away.

Thanks IYCF, your magazine will be popping through my letterbox for the forseeable future.
