Thank you for Harriet Gri ey’s wellbeing column in issue 15, The Procrastination Problem. I simply didn’t realise how much time and energy I have been wasting procrastinating, nor how many di erent ‘types’ of procrastinator there were. Reading through the list, I recognised most of the di erent types in myself and had one of those lightbulb moments – ‘no wonder I never really get anything done!’.
So, I have taken Harriet’s advice and written a ‘to-do’ list with tasks broken down into baby steps. I’m feeling more in control already. Thank you!
