Beth and Lexi are a mother-daugh­ter team from Michigan, USA, spe­cial­is­ing in tasty, healthy recipes to suit the whole fam­ily. Nat­u­ral, sea­sonal pro­duce is at the top of their in­gre­di­ents list, as well as de­sign­ing dishes that cater to their fam­ily’s var­i­ous di­etary needs. Both Beth and Lexi fol­low a gluten and dairy-free diet, due to in­tol­er­ance, and as a re­sult their recipes in­clude an in­spir­ing range of gluten, dairy and nut-free op­tions, as well as veg­e­tar­ian and vegan dishes like this one.
