School Philosophy: An extraordinary London school, a springboard to the world. In our fairly short history, Wetherby Senior has built a strong reputation as a forward-thinking, caring and successful community. Our boys are encouraged – academically and socially – to realise their full potential, which is proudly reflected in the places that our alumni hold at top universities in the UK and overseas.

Academic Record: Our rigorous curriculum, taught by dynamic and experienced sta , guides pupils towards the highest levels of attainment and future success. In our Sixth Form, bespoke guidance includes each boy assigned a personal university tutor to support study plans in the UK and across Europe, and two US Advisors are available to assist with North American applications.

Co-curricular: Clubs range from cookery to coding, and from Young Enterprise to yoga. Sport is compulsory across all years so, at our Marylebone site, we have a strength and conditioning suite, spin studio, boxercise studio, and yoga space, plus pupils use Ealing Trailfinders several times a week. Our Drama Department produces three productions annually, with opportunities for boys on-stage or behind-the-scenes. Our Music Department teaches all in Year 7 a brass instrument and provides tuition in other instruments, while our music ensembles and Choir hold termly concerts. Our pupil-led magazine, The Barometer, provides a great chance for our young writers, editors, and photographers to see their work in print.

Notable Achievements and Alumni: Wetherby Senior’s Class of 2022 held over 120 o ers at UK universities (including Russell Group institutions), at top universities in France, Spain and Italy, and at North American colleges, including NYU, Berkeley, UPenn, Babson, Northeastern, Notre Dame, and Toronto. In just three years, our alumni have received forty o ers to study in the USA and Canada, at universities like Georgetown, UCSD, University of Chicago, and UCLA, as well as a D1 Football Scholarship to Akron.

Open Days: We hold an autumn open day, a summer open evening,

and visitor mornings throughout the year.
