School Philosophy: We believe a Strathallan education has the power to change the future for every one of our pupils. Situated in 153 acres of beautiful Scottish countryside, Strathallan School has been providing game-changing education for over 100 years. Strathallan pupils excel academically, compete in sports at national and international levels and perform with nationwide orchestras and ensembles. Our pupils find confidence in themselves with the freedom and space to develop their own skills in an idyllic environment.
Academic Record: We believe in tailor-made education backed by stellar academic results. In 2021, 67% of our A Level students achieved straight A*/A grades and 88% of our school leavers were accepted into their first choice of university. Our leavers go on to Oxbridge and Russell Group universities, international study, work placements, the Armed Forces and professional sporting careers.
Extra-curricular: We have a long history of success when it comes to sport. There are currently 11 former Strathallan students playing professional rugby across the globe, 2 Olympians racing for Great Britain and over 20 current pupils representing Scotland and the UK in sports ranging from Fencing to Canoe Slalom. But Strathallan isn’t just about its athletic accolades — with four Pipe Bands, numerous jazz and rock ensembles and two major stage productions every year, there has never been so many opportunities for our pupils to grow in confidence and character.
Notable Achievements and Alumni: Shortlisted for Independent School of the Year awards 2021 in 3 di erent categories. Recent notable Alumni include: Olympians Duncan Scott & Charlie Guest. Commonwealth hockey goalie
