Date disaster!
Justin and Scarlett’s rendezvous is ruined…
Justin and Scarlett finally go on their first date this week – and it’s about time! The pair have been dancing around their feelings for each other for weeks, leaving us shouting at our screens in frustration. And we’re not the only ones who’ve been willing the two of them to stop messing about and get together…
“I do think they’d make a good couple – they’re like Beauty and the Beast!” laughs James Stewart, who plays Justin. “The viewers are really warming to Justin and Scarlett, but we’ll just have to wait and see if they can make it as a couple.”
After Scarlett finally agrees to go on a date with him, Justin pulls out all the stops to organise a romantic picnic on a beautiful secluded beach on the Bay.
“Justin is feeling nervous, but he’s ready for this date,” admits James. “After all their trials and tribulations, he’s keen to start off on the right foot. The location is idyllic, with a soft rug and a beautifully laid-out basket of food. Then there’s the bubbles… and Scarlett in a bikini!”
However, while the loved-up pair have a whale of a time frolicking in the surf, tragedy strikes when Justin dives into the waves – and fails to resurface!
“Just as they’re preparing to leave, Justin goes back in for one more swim and comes a cropper,” explains James. “It’s very serious
– in fact, it’s life-threatening.” As Scarlett pulls her date from the water, she’s plagued by flashbacks of trying to revive her little boy Max on the day he died. Will she manage to overcome her fears and save Justin – or will he suffer the same fate as her tragic son?
