Donna has the day from hell this week – but can she manage to turn it all around?

First she arrives for her shift in a state after new housemate Ric hogs the shower. And when he asks her to escort a visiting bigwig – played by ex-hollyoaks star Nick Rhys (Lockie Campbell) – around the unit, further trouble is on the cards!

Donna goes all out to impress the supposed VIP, and her admirable nursing skills don’t let her down. But there are more shocks in store on this exhausting day…
