From Bake Off to take-off, Nadiya Hussain’s culinary skills have seen her travel far and wide – and in this final leg of her current journey to explore her idenity, she jets to Nepal. She joins a supper club run by youngsters, tries out some Bushtucker Trial-style cuisine, such as nak (that’s lady yak, to the uninitiate­d) butter and paddy-field snails, and meets a family which is determined to make enough to rebuild their home after it was destroyed in the 2015 earthquake by selling yoghurt in their own handmade pots. And it turns out Nadiya’s not just a cracking cook, she’s also pretty nifty at pottery, too…
