More than 25 years after first joining the cast of Coronation Street, Malcolm will be back on the cobbles as Norris next year. The actor has been off our screens for the past 12 months after suffering a heart attack – he was put in an induced coma as the emergency services fought to keep him alive. “I didn’t realise how bad it was,” he admits. “I was dying. The cardiac team simply saved my life. They operated and took a chance.” We’re thrilled he’s well enough to return to work, and can’t wait to see Norris back in action! May
