Jacob lashes out at Priya
PRIYA IS ON THE RECEIVING END OF HIS FURY…
Troubled Jacob faces an uncertain future this week – and furiously takes out his aggression on caring Priya!
David and Leyla are worried sick as the day of Jacob’s exam results dawns, heartbroken to think that he’s completely blown it at school. Given Jacob’s patchy attendance of his exams, coupled with the turmoil of the past few months, he’s unlikely to have much to celebrate. However, the whole family is hoping that he’s still managed to salvage something, so they’re saddened when the results are revealed.
Predictably, Jacob hasn’t done well at all, but instead of being devastated, the lad is fixated on a secret plan that they know nothing about…
“Everyone has been daring to dream that Jacob could be getting through this, though the reality is very different,” warns our Dales insider. “Maya might be behind bars, but she’s not gone from Jacob’s heart, and she still has a massive hold over him. While his parents are worried about his grades and what this means for his future, all Jacob can think about is the woman who abused him.”
After learning the results, David, Leyla and Pollard try to go all out to cheer Jacob up. They know it’s a blow, but hope they can offer him some positivity about his future. Little do they know that Jacob is still planning to be with Maya and doesn’t intend to stick around at all! When Priya – who is also going through a rough time – invites Jacob for lunch, she hopes to give him a shoulder to cry on. Sadly, it doesn’t work out like that.

The hardest thing for all those who love Jacob is that the teen doesn’t accept or understand that he’s been the victim of abuse. Maya groomed and exploited him, tearing his family apart. But while Jacob remains smitten with Maya, nobody else can reach him, and he’ll do whatever it takes to ensure they are together.
