Hi, Ashley! Now that DJ’S paternity has been revealed, how will this affect everyone?
Darren thinks everybody is laughing at him, and that everyone knows about it. He’s been living a lie and Mandy’s let that happen! And now Darren knows that Luke will be back in the picture. Then, with what happens with Nancy, it raises a lot of questions…
Darren and Nancy had sex together in the tunnels – do you wonder why Darren does things like this?
There’s nothing that can shock me with Darren – and that’s the great thing about it! He’s always in the thick of it, and I always say that Darren’s heart is in the right place, but he goes the wrong way about it. Now, Darren has to decide who he is and what he can do… and he’s not good at that.
What’s been your all-time favourite stunt?
There’s been so many! One year the house exploded, and that was fantastic because they had a pulley system – so you had to jump and it pulled you up into the air. It’s nice to do your own stunts and to get involved.
Can you tease us with some hints about what’s coming up for you?
We have the ‘county lines’ drugs storyline on the way, which is so relevant.
No matter how well you bring up your kids, you can’t judge which way they’re going to go. Whatever you do, they’ll come up against things in life – and that’s what this is about.
