Mack gets Aaron arrested!
WHEN THE POLICE CLOSE IN, AARON IS LEFT TO CARRY THE CAN…
Bad boy Mack lands Aaron in big trouble this week, when the police arrest him for handling stolen goods! While suspicious Aaron doesn’t trust Mack one bit, he reluctantly agrees to let him join the search for violent Connor, who he thinks carried out the attack on Vinny. Aaron needs all the help he can get to collar the criminal – but when the police turn up, Aaron realises it’s Mack who’s roped him into a rendezvous with a van full of stolen goods!
“Aaron could well be facing another stretch inside,” warns our Dales insider. “Mack leaves him high and dry when the police arrive, and he’s in possession of a shipment of dodgy TVs! With his criminal record, Aaron is surely headed for jail.”
The first inkling Aaron gets that he’s being led astray is when Mack suggests they ‘borrow’ a van from Jimmy, because he needs to meet a contact in a lay-by. Given Mack’s connections with seedy types in the area, Aaron hopes that this person might hold some answers as to Connor’s whereabouts. However, when the lads arrive at the lay-by, it becomes clear to Aaron that he’s been duped, and it’s just another of Mack’s dodgy deals. Aaron’s furious after he realises he’s been played for a fool by the cocky Scot, but eventually agrees to help Mack load the TVs into Jimmy’s van. However, as they get to work, the police arrive on the scene.

to take the rap!” shares our spy. “He doesn’t think twice about stitching up Aaron and saving his own skin. How is Aaron going to explain having a van-load of stolen gear without grassing up some pretty nasty people? All he can do is plead ignorance, and hope that the police can’t make the charges stick.”
Meanwhile, Mack’s made an enemy in Aaron. He’s beloved by the Dingles, who close ranks when one of their own is attacked – so as news of Aaron’s arrest reaches them, Mack should watch his back…
