The truth about Samson’s despicable behaviour comes out after a terrifying incident with Esther, where the baby girl is rushed to hospital. And upon discovering Samson’s blackmail plot, Sam is utterly appalled…
“This is the behaviour of an out-and-out scumbag – Sam is so ashamed of Samson,” whispers our Emmerdale spy. “He’s lied and swindled, plus done it all using his baby daughter as a bargaining chip. It’s hard to imagine how Samson could sink any lower.”
It’s while Samson is reluctantly babysitting that Esther develops a burning temperature, and Sarah sounds the alarm. Thankfully, little
Esther is okay – and after the scare, Amelia and Dan hail Samson a hero, to Noah’s fury.
Jealous Noah pays Samson more money to stay away, and Samson withdraws from Esther’s life yet again. Amelia can’t understand why he’s backed off following the hospital dash, but knows she now has an expensive childcare problem to cope with.
Yet when she asks Noah to help her pay for it, he snaps because all his money has gone to Samson. And their argument spurs Charity to ask the questions that unravel the sordid tale…
