Meanwhile, some of the darker aspects of the kids’ childhoods have also become apparent over the years. But this week, Bernie reveals something she’s been hiding for almost three decades – and it’s a biggie. The surprise appearance of the twins’ dad Denny has awoken something in Bernie. And although she sent her former partner packing, she can’t shake what he’s left behind.
