Petticoat Lane Emporium in Ramsgate is, at 15,000 square feet, the South East’s largest and newest indoor shopping extravaganza of it’s type. The proprietors Richard Tozer and Kevin Shaw have taken this former roller-skating rink in Ramsgate and launched an Aladdin’s Cave of wonders. With vintage, retro, craft, art and antique merchandise, including 3 independent shops, Coastal Vintage Furniture, Bow St Bags & Jewellery, and Crafty Craft Centre which incorporates the goods for sale of 24 local crafts people. It is the ideal place to find that elusive exclusive and unique Christmas present!
The concept of Petticoat Lane Emporium is to provide a pleasant environment where shoppers can browse the 200 independent stalls & cabinets, catch up with friends and share a pleasant pot of tea and a bite to eat in the vintage themed Baker Street Tea Room. The Emporium caters for all shoppers needs with disabled access, on site rest rooms, well behaved dogs and their owners are even welcome. Pop along and we are sure you won’t be disappointed!
