The event presented ellenor’s new five-year strategic plan and trustees and senior staff detailed their strategic objectives, all aimed at enabling ellenor to extend its services in order to help more people of all ages, including carers and the wider community. The charity’s CEO Claire Cardy said: “Demand for ellenor’s hospice care for all ages is rising. As a team we strive to ensure that all families facing terminal illness receive the very best quality, personalised care and support in their preferred place of choice. We know that we can’t do this alone, and depend on the support of the community and new collaborations and partnerships to enable us to achieve our vision - ensuring that everyone gets the best care at the end of their life.”
