OFFICERS were called to a cul-de-sac after a reported row between two men. Police were alerted to an incident in Recreation Close, off Sittingbou­rne Road, Maidstone, at about 5pm on Tuesday after a caller became concerned for the welfare of a 44-year-old man. A man was arrested but later released without charge. stone council, said: “We are delighted with the success of the day.
