Eight goals shared in end-of-season thriller
LENHAM and West Farleigh settled for a point each after an action-packed end-of-season clash.
Farleigh scored twice in the opening 15 minutes of the Premier Division clash and were by far the better side in the first half.
But Harry Judge cut the gap with a volley, then he equalised from the penalty spot after the break.
West Farleigh went back in front but two goals from Joe Walker saw Lenham lead for the first time.
Farleigh finished strongly and made it 4- 4.
Their scorers were James Mizon, Pat Lucey, Simon Hibbs and Mark Croucher.
Lenham Reserves’ outside chance of winning Division 1 disappeared with 2-1 and 4- 0 defeats in a double header against Aylesford Reserves. Matt Webb scored Lenham’s goal.
West Farleigh Reserves pulled clear of the relegation fight with a 2- 0 win against Kings Hill.
Goals from Shaun Quinn and Matt Saunders secured a much-needed victory.
Leybourne Reserves completed their Division 2 campaign with a 4-1 win at Parkwood Jupitors.
