first of Maidstone’s summer soccer schools has sold out. With the July dates gone, United are now offering places for sessions on August 12-14 and August 24-26 at the Gallagher Stadium. Boys and girls aged five to 12 get to work with first-team boss Jay Saunders, academy manager Jack Parkinson and first-team players. Saunders said: “We’ve had huge interest in the summer soccer schools. The kids love the chance to be coached by players they come down and see on a matchday.” The cost is £20 per day or £50 for all three days.
