A petition regarding the provision of the above mentioned pelican crossing between the Great Danes and Leeds Castle roundabout­s had been drawn up and was to be checked. The parish council is grateful Biggie is an energetic young dog who enjoys long walks and loves playing with other animals. The Staffordsh­ire bull terrier cross came into the RSPCA rescue centre at Leybourne after his previous owner could no longer take care of him.
