The three acre garden has ancient cloister walls and ruins which provide the backdrop for the Rose Garden and Water Garden. Visit the Grade 1 listed hospitium (medieval barn) with its remarkable scissor truss roof which at nearly 200 feet is one of the longest in Europe.
