Pub to be flats

A former Maidstone pub will become flats after Maidstone Borough Council gave developers, Brookheath Ltd, the go-ahead. The Papermaker’s Arms, Loose Road, has fallen into disrepair since it closed several years ago but now will be given a new lease of life as four twobed flats, with two three-bed homes built at the back.
