Ambulance called after collapse
A pensioner was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital after collapsing in Maidstone.
A man in his 70s suffered a medical collapse in College Avenue on Monday morning.
Paramedics and a fire crew arrived at around 10am before the casualty was driven to Maidstone Hospital.
A spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance Service said: “A call came into us just before 9.50am following reports of a man who had been found collapsed.”
A fire vehicle also attended.
