A store selling fashion inspired by the past looked to the future as it opened its new shop.

Crackerjac­k, named after a Janis Martin song and not the children’s TV show, has recently moved from its former home on Lower Stone Street to new premises on Gabriels Hill.

The business offers the best in vintage and retro fashion, with clothes from various eras in one place. The Gabriels Hill store, next to the entrance to The Mall, is larger than its predecesso­r, offering even more space to get into the groove and find a new outfit. The increase in space has enabled more stock to be offered to punters, including in larger sizes than were previously available.
