Jacob Taylor hit 92 off 104 balls, with 13 fours and two sixes, as Hunton closed on 2277.

Ben Lush (3- 40) and Alex Lush (2-26) were the leading bowlers.

Bearsted’s reply centred on 64 off 81 balls from Yannick Oakland but they wound up on 137-9, Mike Bassam and Simon Taylor with three wickets apiece.

Josh Weller retired after reaching his century for Addington Village. The opener made 101 before stepping aside, while Tom Sallis added 70 in a total of 231-8 against Holcombe & Blue Bell Hill.

Robin Dooley and Aaron Page took two wickets each as Holcombe closed on 133-7, Addington winning the Division 3 game by 98 runs.

Youngster Tobey Castle scored a century for titlechasi­ng Linton Park in a big Division 2 victory over Selsted.

Castle made 109, boosted by 13 fours and a six, while Will Thirkell made 71 in a total of 289- 5.

Angus Knowler, Martin Harris and Harrison Fermor took two wickets each as 10-man Selsted were bowled out for 149, Park winners by 150 runs.

Luke Garety performed with bat and ball as Detling beat Tyler Hill by 73 runs.

Garety made 59 in a total of 194-9, then took 3-9 in six overs as the reply fell way
