Goalkeeper Josh Atkinson played on with a broken foot and saved a last-minute penalty as East Malling Reserves progressed in the Kent Junior Cup.
Atkinson suffered the injury in the first half as Malling trailed Troggs but they won 2-1 with Billy Bleach’s double and their keeper’s late heroics.
Maidstone International went down 2-1 to Ashford Cavaliers, Michael Barham pulling a goal back in the 78th minute.
East Malling saw off fellow Maidstone side K Sports 4-1 with a double from Jack Bray, an own goal and a fine strike by Ross Ibbertson.
Jason Goodchild scored a late consolation for K Sports.
New Ash Green were reduced to 10 men but still had enough to see off Langley Athletic 3-2. Tom Stamp grabbed both goals for Langley.
Aylesford lost 6-2 away at Kennington from Ashford, with Ashley Russell scoring both goals for the Villagers.
Fellow Premier Division side Park Royal went out 3-2 to Simla from Tonbridge.
There was better news for Fishermans Arms who beat Tonbridge Origin 3-1 with Pedro Almeida, Josh Brown and man-of-the-match Wayne Raymen on target.
Stephen Callan gave Cranbrook Town an early lead but they couldn’t hold on, losing 2-1 to Willesborough Athletic.
Park Royal Reserves won 4-1 against Coxheath & Farleigh, with Matt Barden, Aaron Chapman, James Humphrey and Brad Vincent the scorers.
In the all-Maidstone League tie, a late Steve Simmons strike in the 88th minute saw Marden Minors defeat Kings Park Rangers 1- 0.
Snodland Town beat Invicta Rangers 3-2 in the Premier Division.
A double from Martin Dell put Town ahead but James Silver and Matt Rustrick replied by half-time.
The second half saw Snodland take control and a fine shot from Jack Marshall sealed the win.
Division 1 leaders Blue Eagles continued their unbeaten start with a 4- 0 win at Whitehawks.
Joe Terry and Jason White scored in the opening 20 minutes, Rob Town made it 3- 0 midway though the second half and man-of-thematch Brad Hunt capped a fine display with the last goal on 85 minutes.
