The open­ing of a new Cost­cut­ter in the heart of Vin­ters Park is set to be marked with a Red Bull give­away, food tast­ing and face paint­ing.

Shop­pers are in­vited to join in the cel­e­bra­tions for the un­veil­ing of the area’s new con­ve­nience store on Satur­day, Novem­ber 10.

The new 2,000 sq ft store on Snow­den Pa­rade will bring two new jobs to the area and has been up­graded and re-fit­ted as part of a na­tional brand trans­for­ma­tion pro­gramme for Cost­cut­ter. The store now boasts an ex­ten­sive range of con­ve­nience prod­ucts and ser­vices in­clud­ing food-to-go, Pay­point and Par­celly par­cel ser­vice.

“We’re de­lighted with our new store and can’t wait to see the re­ac­tion of our shop­pers,” said store owner, Suresh Krush­nan.

The launch event will run from 10am to 4pm and will see He­len Grant, Maid­stone and The Weald MP, of­fi­cially open the store fol­lowed by a day of fam­ily fun, in­clud­ing Red Bull give­aways, hot food tast­ing with Coun­try Choice, free face paint­ing, bal­loon modelling and goodie bags.
