A2990 THANET WAY, HERNE BAY (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) TEMPORARY ORDER MAY 2022
To allow footpath widening and reconstruction works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily impose a mandatory 40 MPH speed limit on part of the A2990 Thanet Way, Herne Bay, from the junction with Chestfield Road roundabout for 1000 metres in an easterly direction, up to the parish boundary, to the extent indicated by signs on site.
The restriction will be in place on or after 2nd May 2022 for up to 29 days, or until the works have been completed.
BUSHEYFIELDS ROAD, HERNE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER MAY 2022
To allow cabling works to be carried out Kent County

Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic
on part of Brakefield Road, Southfleet, on or after
21st April 2022 for up to 2 days between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed at the junction with Gloxinia Road.
There is no alternative route but access will be given as and when safe to do so.
HYTHE STREET & SPITAL STREET, DARTFORD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & SUSPEND ONE-WAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022
To allow CCTV survey works to be carried out,
Kent County Council intends to make an Order to
temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Hythe Street and Spital Street, Dartford. The One-Way Orders will be suspended to allow access.
Spital Street is planned from 3rd May 2022 until 6th May 2022 and Hythe Street from 9th May until 12th May 2022 between 22.00hrs and 05.00hrs.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via A226 Highfield Road North/Westgate Road.
DARTFORD & SEVENOAKS AREAS SHIP LANE, SUTTON AT HONE & SWANLEY. (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022
Because of National Highways works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Ship Lane, Sutton at Hone & Swanley, on or after 18th April 2022 until 6th June 2022 or until the works have been completed.
