PARK LANE, SEVENOAKS. (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022

Because of a new sewer connection, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on part of Park Lane, Sevenoaks, on or after 25th April 2022 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed outside number 10.

The alternativ­e route is via Park Lane, Holly Bush Lane, Avenue Road, Vine Court Road and vice versa.

POUNDSBRID­GE LANE, PENSHURST. (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022

Because of drainage works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on part of Poundsbrid­ge Lane, Penshurst, on or after 9th May 2022 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed between Poundsbrid­ge Lane and Bullingsto­ne Lane.

The alternativ­e route is via Poundsbrid­ge Lane, B2176 Penshurst Road, Barden Road, Northfield­s and vice

versa.

RECTORY LANE, BRASTED. (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022

Because of drainage works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on part of Rectory Lane, Brasted, on or after 10th May 2022 for up to 16 days or until the works

have been completed.

The road will be closed between A25 High Street and number 8.

The alternativ­e route is via A25 High Street, Church Road, Coles Lane, Rectory Lane and vice versa.

SOUTH BROOK LANE, TOYS HILL. (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022

Because of drainage CCTV works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on part of South Brook Lane, Toys Hill, on or after 29th April 2022 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed in the vicinity of Brook Cottage. The alternativ­e route is via Green Lane, Toys Hill and vice versa.

SPRINGCROF­T, HARTLEY. (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022

Because of carriagewa­y repairs, Kent County Council

intends to make an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on Springcrof­t, Hartley, on or after 9th May 2022 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed for the entire length.

There is no alternativ­e route but access will be given as and when safe to do so.

SUNDRIDGE HILL, SUNDRIDGE. (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022

Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on Sundridge Hill, Sundridge, on or after 10th May 2022 for up to 1 day between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed for the entire length.

The alternativ­e route is via Sundridge Hill, Pilgrims Way, Brasted Hill, Brasted Lane, Main Road and vice versa.

WATERY LANE, KEMSING. (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022

Because of drainage works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on part of Watery Lane, Kemsing, on or after 11th May 2022 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed between Heaverham Road and The Old Byre.

To allow carriagewa­y repair works to be carried out Kent County Council has made an Order prohibitin­g

through traffic on part of A2 Ospringe Street, Faversham, on or after 25th April 2022 for up to 4 nights between the hours of 20:00 and 05:00, or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed from the junction with Water

Lane to outside King George V Playing Fields, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

It will also be necessary to impose a no-waiting restrictio­n from the junction with Water Lane to outside

King George V Playing Fields, to the extent indicated clearly on site.

ALEXANDRA ROAD, SHEERNESS (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING & SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY) TEMPORARY ORDER MAY 2022

To allow electrical connection works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order

prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Alexandra Road, Sheerness, on or after 12th May 2022 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed from outside number 22 to

outside number 32, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

It will also be necessary to temporaril­y suspend the following one-way Orders, to allow for diverted traffic. • Alexandra Road, Sheerness - between the

Council intends to make an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Brent Hill, Faversham, on or after 11th May 2022 for up to 1 day between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed between the junctions with Flood Lane and Davington Hill, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

on or after 26th April 2022 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.

THE KENT COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, BOROUGH OF SWALE) (WAITING RESTRICTIO­NS AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.38) ORDER 2022 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that KENT COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3), 3 (2), 4 (1) and (2), 32 (1), 35 (1), 44, 45,

46, 49 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(2) On the west side opposite the junction with Tonge Road extend the existing lines opposite 10 Church Road by 21.1 metres in a northerly direction. TONGE ROAD - DYL – (1) On the north side reduce the existing lines outside 110 Tonge Road by 3 metres in an easterly direction. (2) On the north side from the junction with Portland Road reduce the existing lines outside 52 Tonge Road by 3 metres in a westerly direction. (3) On the north side extend the existing lines from the junction with Church Road by 5.6 metres in an easterly direction to join up with the school keep clear markings. (4) On the south side to extend the existing lines from the junction with Wykeham Road outside 5 Tonge Road by 4.5 meters in an easterly direction. (5)

On the south side place new lines from the boundary of 113/115 Tonge Road for a distance of 21.4 metres in an easterly direction.
